Job Description Job Description Title : Field Service Technician Location : Berkeley, CA Duration : Permanent Hire, Direct Placement Schedule : Onsite M-F, on-call availability every other week Pay Rate : 40-45/hr Required Skills & Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with Avaya installations. Experience with rack and stack tasks. Strong customer service skills. Comfortable working at heights. CompTIA Strongly Preferred Nice to Have Skills & Experience : Exposure to Aruba, Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, etc. equipment. Job Description : We are seeking Tier 1 Rack and Stack Field Technicians to join our team, servicing client sites to perform rack and stack responsible for switches, routing and APs. Mileage will be reimbursed. The pay rate for this role ranges from 25-28 an hour. Key Responsibilities: Rack and stack switches, routers, and access points (APs). Work on ceilings up to 10 feet high, requiring comfort with ladder use. Provide excellent customer service, interacting with nurses and doctors. Be onsite 5 days a week.
