ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school district in Santa
Clara, CA is seeking five dedicated Speech-Language Pathology
Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026-2027 school year, running from
August 4, 2026, through June 4, 2027. These positions offer the
opportunity to support students in achieving their communication
goals within a dynamic educational environment. Position Details: -
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Travel assignment) - Employment Type:
Part-time or full-time options available - Full-time hours: Up to
35 hours per week - Assignment Duration: One school year (Aug 2026
- June 2027) Key Responsibilities: - Assist licensed
speech-language pathologists in delivering therapeutic services to
students - Implement individualized treatment plans under
supervision - Support data collection and documentation related to
student progress - Collaborate with educational staff, families,
and therapists to enhance student communication outcomes -
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning
environment Desired Qualifications: - Valid SLPA certification or
licensure as required by the state of California - Experience
working within school settings preferred - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of
a multidisciplinary team - Flexibility to work part-time or
