Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher
serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic
school setting in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves working with
self-contained classrooms, resource programs, and special day
classrooms, providing support to diverse learners across multiple
grade levels. This contract position offers the chance to make a
meaningful impact on students' educational journeys with an
experienced and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs in
grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) aligned with state guidelines Collaborate with school staff,
families, and support personnel to enhance student success Monitor
and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching
strategies as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation
for compliance and reporting purposes Qualifications: Active State
License in Special Education required Experience working with K-5,
6-8, and/or 9-12 grade levels preferred Strong communication and
collaboration skills Ability to manage self-contained and resource
classroom environments effectively Job Details: Start Date: As soon
as possible End Date: End of School Year Hours per Week: 30 to 37.5
