Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for an onsite,
school-based position serving an elementary split caseload,
including traditional and autism-focused students. This full-time
contract role is scheduled from ASAP to June 12, 2026, with 37.5
hours per week in Newark, Delaware. Key Qualifications and
Experience: Valid and active Delaware SLP license required
School-based experience preferred, ideally working with
elementary-age students Skilled in delivering evaluation,
intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse caseloads
including traditional and autism spectrum students Ability to
collaborate with educators and families in a school setting Strong
communication and organizational skills for caseload management
Location: Newark, DE, at an elementary school setting
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to
students onsite following educational and clinical best practices
Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans
Conduct assessments and document progress according to district
guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student success Attend planning meetings
