Our program runs from August through May.This is a team teaching position offering you the opportunity to share responsibilities, learn from each other, and work in a supportive environment. We have a very stable and collaborative staff making the work atmosphere very pleasant.Teacher Position Qualifications: 12+ ECE Units . Successful candidates will be energetic, nurturing, reliable, professional, and love young children. They will be passionate about teaching in a Christ-centered environment and enthusiastic about planning and implementing a curriculum for beginning learners. Teachers must have a strong background in church involvement and commitment to the Christian faith in line with the CCCS statement of faith.Background check & fingerprint clearance required. Ability to obtain negative TB test. First Aid/CPR and Preventative Health/Safety a plus! Job Description _Work with team to create and adapt curriculum, teach, and administer all required duties for safe and effective operation of the preschool._Reports to the preschool director.Supervise lunch, recess and other events as assigned.Follow established protocols for preschool operations.Other duties as assigned by the preschool director.Compensation starts at $18.00 an hour, commensurate with teaching experience and education.
