Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer
Service/Account Specialist to join our team. This role plays a
pivotal part in maintaining excellent relationships with our
clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client
accounts, resolving any issues that arise, and communicating
effectively with various departments to ensure our clients' needs
are met. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is
up-to-date and accurate. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for
clients, handling any inquiries, complaints, or issues they may
have. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs
are met in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Develop and maintain
strong relationships with clients, promoting our company's
commitment to customer service. 5. Identify potential problems or
issues before they arise, implementing solutions where necessary.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of
any updates or changes to their accounts. 7. Provide feedback to
the management team on customer needs, issues, and overall
satisfaction. 8. Participate in regular training and professional
development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends
and best practices. Qualifications: 1. Experience in a customer
service or account management role. 2. Exceptional communication
skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey
information to a variety of audiences. 3. Proven track record of
managing client accounts and maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction. 4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to
identify issues and implement effective solutions. 5. Excellent
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and projects simultaneously. 6. Strong understanding of the
Engineering industry and its unique needs and challenges. 7.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and
PowerPoint. 8. Ability to work well in a team environment,
collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals. 9.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
