Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright with 5 years of experience to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and rebuild various types of metal fabrication machinery and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and preventative care. Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. Repair or replace defective machine parts using tools such as welders, grinders, vertical mills, lathes, and drill presses. Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Work safely following company policies and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and production teams to coordinate repairs. Qualifications Mechanical Repair, Preventative Maintenance, Blueprint Reading, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Troubleshooting, Teamwork, Experience working on Roll Forming Machinery, Roll Form Mills, 4-post stamping presses, Bridgeport mills and Metals
