Terrific opportunity for a professional self-starter seeking
experience within the financial industry. Our client is looking for
an Administrative Assistant who can provide administrative and
clerical support to executives and leaders of this organization.
This Administrative Assistant must use independent judgment in
completing activities while consistently following up with general
supervision. May act as a liaison with internal and external
sources so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are
preferred. Will be responsible for executing daily operational
tasks as well as special projects. Proficiencies in Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook and Word are required. Ideal candidates will
have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role to be
considered by the client. Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
