Immediate need for a Sales Support Coordinator seeking a professional environment that offers a variety of responsibilities and career path. Ability to work independently, multi-task and communicate well with a positive attitude will be keys to your success. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as experience working with a sales program such as ACT! Will be responsible for supporting the sales manager; retrieving and distributing leads on a daily basis, respond to client inquiries via phone and email. Document and log new contracts, process expense reports and assist with scheduling. Maintain a neat and orderly office and manage the ordering of forms and office supplies.
