Senior Financial Analyst is a key asset in the future growth of the
company. This individual works in the Financial Planning & Analysis
(FP & A) Department and assists in spear-heading the Company's
monthly financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating
plan variance analysis, as well as taking on ad hoc strategic
projects. This role is instrumental in utilizing financial data and
analytics to help inform decision making and supporting the
strategic growth initiatives for the company. This role provides
financial consulting and strategic support to business line
management including preparing monthly bridge statements, financial
presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group
comparisons, and other projects requested by senior management. The
position reports to the Director, FP & A.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA
highly preferred
- 5+ years' experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis
capacity (corporate, business unit, or product focus)
- Large scale ERP/EPM experience; Oracle ERP/EPM planning
preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and database/OLAP skills
desirable
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Fully Remote - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly corporate financial consolidation and
reporting process in Oracle EPM. -
- Support and partner with enterprise-wide and Specialty Networks
FP & A through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and
robust reporting and analytics.
- Work closely with Case Management leadership developing what-if
scenario models, as well as financial analysis and weekly and
monthly report production.
- Provide financial insight and support to the IT team with
variance analysis to budget and forecast for operating expenses,
capital spend, and project spend.
- Monitor financial KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing
