policy.About the Position The Treasurer - Corporate Finance Officer
is responsible for all aspects of the Bank's and Company's
Investment Portfolio, Liquidity Management (including cash flow,
corporate debt and non-core funding sources), Interest Rate Risk,
Deposit Pricing and Liquidity management, Financial Planning and
Analysis, and M&A Valuations. Responsibilities include ensuring
a strong internal control environment, ownership of related
corporate policies, investment portfolio strategies, cash flow
projections, financial planning within the annual business planning
process and interest rate risk policy limits, and merger related
integration activities. This position will ensure that all audits
and exams receive at least a Satisfactory rating. All duties are
performed accurately, timely, efficiently and according to Bank
policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Assist with
additional assignments and projects as needed.About You You are a
self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team
environment. You also have the following:Education/Certification:
MDA with emphasis in Finance or Accounting. CPA a plus.Required
Knowledge: Knowledge of banking procedures and financial
operations, as well as standard banking practices.Experience
Required: A minimum of 10 years experience in the Accounting area
of a Financial Institution.Skills/Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft
Excel and Word.Detailed, organized and ability to meet communicated
schedules and deadlines.Good communication skills.Good math
skills.Professional appearance, dress and attitude.Ability to use
