Our Bookkeeping Specialists prepare, review, and maintain the accuracy of assigned clients' general ledgers by categorizing transactions, reconciling bank and liability accounts, preparing payroll journal entries, and maintaining appropriate backup in a paperless environment. - Specialists work directly with clients and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - -
Qualifications:

• 
  
• AA Degree in Business or Accounting, or other similar degree
  
• Preference given to individuals with sales tax and business property tax preparation knowledge
  
• 3 - 5 years bookkeeping experience (tax environment a plus!)
  
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook

  Salary: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
  Other Information:
  - This position can be in office, hybrid or remote
  - Our office location is at 165 Lennon Lane in Walnut Creek in the Shadelands Office Park Area
