Tangible Asset Incentive Services team helps clients manage
tangible assets in a way that enhances their return. These business

studies, energy credits and incentives, fixed asset consulting and

Responsibilities:
Conducts onsite visits to potential clients and subject property
inspectionsAnalyzes potential projects and whether cost segregation
services are appropriateManages multiple
engagements/projectsCommunicates project status with internal and
external clienteleAnalyzes information and appropriately identifies
technical issuesReviews junior members' work productManages project
budgetsMentors and develops junior team membersPresents the report
and findings to clienteleAssists in the hiring, training and
mentoring of staffAdheres to the highest degree of professional
standards and strict client confidentialityProvides timely,
high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client
expectationsAssists with practice development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction
management, engineering, accounting or related field
preferredMinimum of 7 years of related experienceCPA, EA, MAI, ASA,
CMI, CCSP or PE designation required. If not certified, must meet
educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of
employmentExperience performing cost segregation studies or related
construction duties such as estimating preferredExperience within
public accounting preferredExperience with the federal rules and
regulations governing tax depreciation preferredAbility to identify
technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the
clientPrevious experience training and leading a successful
teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to
multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and
accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareWillingness and
ability to travel up to 20%
